Definitions

“Goods” means any consumer goods sold through the website www.sbdslovakia.sk
“Seller” means the business object Valibuk, s.r..o., Sídl. Lúky 1110/7, 95201 Vráble, IČO: 50898761,
“Consumer” is an entity that has concluded a contract with the Seller to purchase goods.

Principles

This consignment sale made between the Seller and the Consumer is subject to generally binding valid regulations of the Slovak Republic, in particular the relevant provisions of Act no. 40/1964 Coll. Of the Civil Code, as amended, Act no. 108/2000 Coll. on Consumer Protection in Doorstep Selling and Mail Order Sales, as amended, Act No. 223/2001 on Waste and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, and Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended.

Price of goods and Delivery cost
Current prices of goods are listed on www.sbdslovakia.sk. These prices do not include the price for delivery of the goods to the place designated by the Consumer. The price for delivery of goods is paid by the Consumer separately according to the valid price list. In the case of personal collection at the Seller’s place of business, the consumer pays only the price for the goods.

Ordering goods
The Consumer can place an order through the website www.sbdslovakia.sk, by phone +421902677767, or by e-mail to info@sbdslovakia.sk. The Seller then confirms the order (its part). To confirm the order it is necessary to specify the exact specification of the goods – indication of its type, price and quantity, as well as prices for delivery of the goods, the method and date of payment of the order, the method and date of delivery of the goods. This confirmed order (its part) is considered binding for both parties.

Order cancellation
The consumer can cancel his order free of charge before the order is confirmed and also after the order confirmation by phone or e-mail. The paid purchase price for the goods or the advance payment will then be returned to the Consumer within 7 working days at the latest.
If the order is canceled when the goods have already been sent to the Consumer, this shall bear the real costs associated with the transport of the goods.
When canceling an order, it is necessary to provide the following information: name and surname of the customer, order number, ordered goods, account number or address where the paid purchase price or deposit should be paid.

The seller has the right to cancel the order if he is unable to deliver the ordered goods within the agreed time and the consumer is not interested in substitute performance. The paid purchase price for the goods or the advance payment will then be returned to the Consumer within 3 working days at the latest. The consumer will be informed about the cancellation of the order by phone or e-mail.

Withdrawal from the contract

The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract in writing within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. If you decide to withdraw from the contract within the given period, we ask you to comply with the following conditions:

  • please contact us by phone or email
  • delivery of a written withdrawal from the contract within the specified period to the Seller’s address below
  • the goods must be in the original and undamaged packaging
  • goods must not be used or damaged
  • the goods must be complete (accessories, instructions, warranty card, etc.) together with proof of purchase

The Goods must be sent by registered mail and insured, as the Seller is not liable for any loss of goods on the way from the Consumer. Do not send goods cash on delivery. If you fulfill the above conditions for withdrawal from the purchase contract, the purchase price for the goods will be sent by voucher or by transfer to your account no later than 15 working days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Seller.

If the above conditions are not met, withdrawal from the contract will be considered invalid.

Payment for goods
The Consumer may make a payment for the goods by a non-cash payment transaction by bank transfer, in cash upon receipt of the goods for transport to the Consumer or at the place of business of the Seller.

Delivery time
Delivery time is usually 2 to 7 days. If circumstances so require, the Seller and the Consumer may agree to extend the delivery time or to substitute performance in the same quality and price. The consumer is always informed about the length of the delivery time by phone or e-mail when the order is confirmed.

Delivery and takeover of goodes
The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the Consumer in the required quality, price and quantity after paying the price for goods and prices for delivery of goods by the Consumer.
The goods can be delivered within the Slovak Republic by post, courier or contractual carrier of the Seller, or by personal collection at the Seller’s place of business.

Before accepting the goods, the Consumer is obliged to confirm the order, pay the price for the goods and the price for the delivery of the goods. Upon receipt of the goods, the Consumer shall confirm the completeness, undamaged condition and receipt on the Delivery Note / Invoice / Shipping Note by signing it.
If the goods are not delivered due to force majeure, the Seller shall immediately inform the Consumer about the reason for not delivering the goods. In this case, the Seller shall provide the Consumer with a substitute performance.

Defects of goods, warranty period and returns
The Seller is liable for defects that the goods have when taken over by the Consumer.
If the defect is removable, the Consumer has the right to be removed free of charge, in a timely and orderly manner and the Seller is obliged to remedy the defect without undue delay. The consumer may also, instead of removing the defect, require replacement of the goods or, if the defect concerns only a part of the goods, the replacement of the part, if this does not incur disproportionate costs in relation to the price of the goods or the severity of the defect.
In the case of a defect that cannot be remedied and which prevents the goods from being properly used as defective goods, the Consumer has the right to exchange the goods or has the right to withdraw from the contract. In the case of other irremovable defects, the Consumer is entitled to a reasonable discount on the price of the goods.

The warranty period is 24 months and commences from the date of receipt of the goods by the Consumer. Upon the Consumer’s request, the Seller shall provide a written guarantee (letter of guarantee).

The Consumer lodges a complaint with the Seller from whom the goods were purchased.

Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. By withdrawing the Consumer from the contract, the contract is canceled from the beginning and the Seller is obliged to take back the goods and return to the Consumer no later than 15 days from the date of withdrawal the price paid for the goods. The price paid for the goods will be refunded to the Consumer by bank transfer or postal order.
The consumer is obliged to fill in the form and deliver it with the goods to the Seller. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer.

Privacy Policy
The Seller collects and processes the personal data provided to consumers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 428/2002 Coll., As amended. Personal data is collected and processed in order to fulfill the contract between the Seller and the Consumer.
Data collected and processed by a individual: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail, delivery address.
Data collected and processed by the legal entity: name and surname of the customer, telephone number, e-mail, delivery address, business name, address including postal code, Company ID, VAT ID.

The consumer can update and change the data after logging in
By placing an order, the consumer agrees to collect and use information about themselves and purchases. If the consumer expresses their disagreement in writing in the order, the note section will not be informed about the news in the online store by e-mail or telephone.

The Seller undertakes not to provide any Consumer personal information or any other information about the Consumer to a third party. Exceptions are the Consumer’s personal data necessary to deliver the goods provided to the carrier.

The Seller undertakes to handle and dispose of the Consumer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic. The consumer gives the Seller permission to process personal data indefinitely. Consent may be withdrawn by the Consumer at any time in writing. Consent shall expire within 1 month of receipt of the Consumer’s withdrawal of consent by the Seller.
